Return to Base Programme

As well as on-site support, Kinesis also offers a Return to Base Programme. Simply return product to Kinesis at the address below, including:

• Your full contact and delivery information
• Your order number
• Full details of the service required
• A completed and signed Decontamination Certificate

Please ensure each pipette is safely and securely packaged. Kinesis cannot accept any responsibility for pipettes which are damaged in transit / prior to arrival at Kinesis.

All repaired and calibrated pipettes will be returned in a re-usable box specifically designed for the shipment of pipettes time after time.

Kinesis will automatically repair any pipette up to a total value of £30. If the repair is greater than £30, the customer will be contacted before the work is started.
